Sophie Green

Sophie is a 500-hr certified Yoga Instructor, specializing in perinatal yoga, and a board certified New York Licensed Art Therapist. She leads her students through mindful movement, deep stretching, and breath awareness to bring ease and spaciousness to the mind, body and heart. Having experienced first-hand the healing qualities of yoga and art, Sophie believes in the power of movement and creative expression to bring about positive change through all stages of life. She is also a postpartum doula helping women transition more easily into motherhood.

Spending time with her two children and husband, being in nature, traveling, snowboarding, swimming in Canadian lakes, being with friends and family, reading & eating nourishing meals bring her the greatest joy!

 
 
 
 

Emma Goldman

Emma is a mom of three and yoga instructor based out of Nyack, NY. She uses yoga as a tool to self-soothe, spark joy, find ease within her own form and a sense of spaciousness when things feel out of control. Emma is a 200 hour certified, Katonah Yoga certified and Prenatal certified instructor who has led retreats, training and mentorships throughout New York and Los Angeles. Emma has her Master's in Human Rights and has worked in the international development field for 12 years.

When she's not changing diapers or teaching yoga you can find her cooking, hiking, or watching Bachelor in Paradise.

 
 

Faye Rex

Faye is a Kapha, gentle, steady, and loyal, so it’s no wonder she took to the patient practice of Yoga. Faye’s inherent grasp of human connection and compassion, mixed with her knowledge of the subtle body and nervous system, make her practice tender, dynamic, and powerful. As a new Mom, she aims to bring her nurturing disposition and sense of play to her teachings through feel-good asanas, pranayama practice and guided meditation.

Faye received her Yoga Teacher Certifications from both Greenhouse Holistic and Sky Ting Yoga, and has trained with Paul Grilley for Yin, Alex Sharry and Abbie Galvin for Katonah Yoga, Abby Paloma for Restorative, and Ally Bogard for Meditation.
